Established in 1970 McCartney Engineering is based in Donaghcloney, Co. Armagh, N. Ireland. Production first started with the manufacture of Oil Storage and galvanised Water Tanks but with the introduction of plastic this forced us to pursue other avenues.
Generally working for the local farming community we started manufacturing Stock Pens and Feeding Gates to the individual customer requirements.
Still carrying out these operations, we branched into the domestic sector with Gates, Railings and General Fabrication/Welding. To cater for industry we also manufacture Steel Storage Racks, Security Guarding and Steel Lintels for Sun Lounges in the building sector.
In the future we intend to carrying on this trend and use our expertise to expand into new fields such as wrought ironwork. We hope that with many years experience and craftsmanship that McCartney Engineering can be of some value to you!
